I measured the chest as approximately 24" flat across or 48" around. 35% cotton, 65% Polyester.Hand Wash Only or dry cleanMade in China Maxi dress with sleeveless inner sheath with lace floral accents and a removeable chiffon jacket with 3/4 length sleeves. The manufacturer calls the color yellow but I would call it more of an almond or beigey cream color. The embroidered lacey parts are kind of a gold color. I don't accept returns so please ask questions prior to purchase.It will be somewhat wrinkled from being in packaging.
