Heavy soiling and staining on the front cover and back cover. There is some heavy wear on the bottom of the spine. (See photos) Pages have soiling and spotting on them. writing dated 1897 on the back of the front cover and the presentation page is also filled out and dated 1897 The book is in good condition, other than the issues stated above.
