Description: This is a listing for a vintage 1982 Orphan Annie plush doll and a set of TWO Little Orphan Annie hardcover books from 1934! The plush doll was made in 1982 by Applause and features Little Orphan Annie wearing her traditional red dress with blue accents! The doll can sit on her down when propped up and she has knit looped hair and sandy her dog in her pocket. The doll has bloomers that are removable which have some stains on them as shown. She is plush and very lightweight. Some of her hair loops have been pulled a bit. The books were both made in 1934 in Racine, Wisconsin and feature stories of Little Orphan Annie and the Gila Monster Gang! The books are both hardcover, one brown and one blue, and are in nice shape for their age with little cover wear and the pages have darkened with age. They do have some illustrations inside in black and white as pictured. This is an awesome lot for any Annie lover or collector! These have come from a personal collection and many other pieces will be listed!There is a printed out poem as shown in picture 11 that is inside one of the books. This will be included in the lot.
