Is from an estate , sadly heirs do not know which country star wore them, but gentleman cherished them, he owned a club where people sang from their knowledge, I am not great with sizing to tape measure shown, I can tell you my daughter is 14 and about 5’8 and thin, she can get them on, but cannot move around, they are Dolly Parton tiny, Definitely custom made and are leather all around and suede in parts, fringe is all o tact but small part on back shown in pictures! They could use a clean, but I love the patina, very intact and nice! Thanks! Again!
