Original limited-production slipcover from the US 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray release of Leviathan. Disc(s) and case not included. Sleeve-style cover - relatively minor imperfections only - despite the cover being shrink-wrapped from the factory, there are several creases, bulges and scratch-like impressions on the front and back. I was not very successful at capturing one or two with my camera. The crease in the last picture is also a little more prominent than it appears. Please note that while I try to describe and grade covers honestly and accurately, based on my own subjective standards, I don't pretend to know the standards of others, nor do I examine covers under a microscope, so to speak. It's also possible that conditions, like wear, can change slightly between the time a cover is originally evaluated and when it eventually sells, sometimes years later. I also try to generalize my descriptions for brevity's sake, but do attempt to mention, if not photograph, areas of potentially significant concern.
