These pony editions contained the same content as the regular issue of Time, only they had no ads, were smaller format, and printed on thin paper / one staple / etc. Not only is this a historical item on its own - it (likely) was in Europe and read / kept by someone serving in the war effort. These are rare. They are made with low quality materials - not only as part of directing materials for the war effort, but these were essentially a "read and discard" item.
