Staples are holding the interior pages together, tape is holding the cover to the interior pages. Lots of creasing, mainly around the corners. A couple small tears here and there. One on the front right side and one on the top of the back, but it's mostly just creasing. Interior pages actually look really good, no markings, some corner creasing on the first 15 pages or so, but after that the creasing subsides. See pictures for condition.
