Description: German Scheibe Alsbach Napoleonic Porcelain Figurine on Horseback Drummer Garde ImperialBeautiful German Scheibe-Alsbach porcelain figurine of a cavalry drummer of Napoleon's Imperial Guard. The figurine is titled in French "Garde Imperial" on the center front of the plinth border and the two drums on either side of the horse have gilt Napoleonic eagle symbols prominently displayed. In very "like new" condition as shown, drum-sticks are removable and are originals (very rare). Perfect to decorate a masculine setting such as an office, library or similar.
