This is a smaller solid brass buckle with a textured background, made by Award Design Medals back in the 1970s-80s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age and use. This buckle measures approximately 2-1/2" x 2-1/4", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 2 oz.
