There may be some discoloration, contact marks and overall wear found on the front and back, inside and out, from age, handling and use. It has not been time tested while being worn, it has kept time sitting alone on a table with a new battery in it for at least 2 hours before listing it here but the last service date is unknown and it is not time tested beyond that. It sets with no issues using the stem & crown. It does not come with anything not show in the photos, box, papers, extra links, etc...
