Description: These two figurines are being offered together but are produced by two different companies. The blue/gray elephant is a RARE Beswick, #569 - Comical Elephant, designed by Mr. Owen in 1938 and produced in England between 1938 - 1954. The Beswick figurine is in great condition, with no chips, cracks, or significant damage noted. There is crazing, but only on the very bottom of the piece, which is marked "MADE IN ENGLAND" and "569". Please see photos for an image. Sized at approximately 4.5" x 5" x 3". The yellow/ochre/brown elephant is an anthropomorphic elephant planter figurine. There is significant crazing along this piece, along with a chip on the top of the planter mouth (see photos for image of back of elephant).
