Description: Original rare PARALATA apple label. Great looking image of a hunter with his rifle out hunting ducks with his trusty retriever dog. From 1930s for combination extra fancy and fancy Winesap Idaho apples packed by Frank B. Arata Fruit Company in Fruitland, Idaho in 40 pound bushel baskets. This version is for 2 1/2 inch and larger apples. Idaho unlike Washington or Oregon packed in bushel baskets for their apples. So their labels are these smaller trapezoidal labels like this one which is 3.15 inches by 10.5 inches. Label is in fair condition DUE TO A WATERSTAIN & PAPER LOSS IN UPPER & LOWER RIGHT. All I have ever seen have this to various levels as I suspect they were found all stuck together in the wild many decades ago by some label hunter who turned them up. Label is sold AS IS so look carefully before you bid. I will combine shipping on auctions.
