Return Requirement The item must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging; DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. The item is securely packed to ensure it is received back by us with no further damage. If you purchase the item wrongly or change your mind, the item must be returned in the original and resalable condition. Handling Time & Handling Fee It may take us up to 5 business days to process the returned item after it has been received. If there is a faulty with the product or description, there will be no further handling fee charged for the buyer. The total paid amount will be refunded to the buyer or a replacement/exchange will be sent to the buyer and we will make sure the buyer bear no money loss.
