Description: This lot of two clocks includes a Benchmark World Time clock and a Howard Miller desk clock, both with quartz movements powered by batteries. The clocks have a contemporary style and feature round shapes with gold colors and brass, plastic, and metal materials. The clocks were manufactured in 1986 in Germany and have non-numeric marks for time periods. Each clock uses 1 AA battery, not included. The Benchmark World Time clock measures 6.7 inches wide and 7 inches tall, and 2 inches deep, while the Howard Miller desk clock measures 6.25 inches Round and 2 inches deep. Both clocks have been modified, the Benchmark has an engraving that is now covered with black vinal tape and both local and world time tracking are working perfectly. The Howard Miller was converted to Clock time only, no world time wheel, the movement is new and has sweeping second hand. Both frames are in good condition and the plastic lens have some scrapes.
