This series features a different bird for every year. This plate was issued in 1975 and features the American Redstart. The plate is in superior condition with no cracks, scratches, chips, or crazing. The colors are strong and sharp. The gold banding and gold perimeter appear pristine. There are no flaws or blemishes on the plate that I can see so I would personally classify it to be in "Exceptional" condition. This plate does not come with the original box or paperwork. This is a beautiful example of a contemporary decorative collector plate.
