Description: Leica Leitz Elmar 3.5cm f/3.5 rangefinder LTM-mount WIDE-ANGLE lens. Serial #653308. Made in Germany. Circa 1948. SOONC. Six elements optical design. Compact wide angle lens perfect fit for the Leica L39 screw mount cameras. Fits cameras like the Leica IIIA, IIIC, IIIF, IIIG. Can also be used on Leica M mount cameras with a Leica M adapter. Great lens too for mirrorless digital cameras with the proper adapter. E36 filter size. Close focusing from 3.5 feet or 1 meter. Scale are in feet only. Aperture range from f/3.5 - f/22. Lens is in Ex+ or 8.5 of 10 cosmetic condition. No DENTS or DINGS. Clean glass with a few small dust spots inside (can be seen with flashlight ONLY). Nice single coating. Smooth focusing. Smooth and clean aperture blades. Lens was CLA'D best as possible for a vintage lens. Nice, light weight "classic" Leica L39 wide-angle lens. Original Leica caps, and original Leitz FOOKH lens hood.
