It is a short style, shoulder to hem approximately 22". It has 3/4 length sleeves, with a 2.5", stitched cuff, can't be rolled down. The collar is wide and can lay flat, or has a snap to close it and make a round collar (see photo). It has a sturdy snap closure, which is covered fabric on the outside. There are two small pockets in the front that button. The hem is slight flared. It is 100% cotton, no stretch, machine washable. The original MSRP was $50. (see photo).
