Description: HARPER'S NEW MONTHLY 1863- 1864 VOLUME 28 ANTIQUE BOOK PUBLISHED DATE: 1864, DECEMBER 1863- MAY 1864, NEW YORK HARPER & BROTHERS PUBLISHERS This antique book is in good condition, the book has some library markings from The University of Colorado Library, someone colored/painted the clothing in the pictures on pages 427 and 429 very neatly done, otherwise there is no other writing or highlighting found, the pages are mostly clean, the cover has general edge wear, the boards are in nice condition with a nice marbled design, the paper at the front board is split while all pages are in tight and the binding is tight throughout. Wonderful American history, stories and culture during the Civil War era including “Four Days at Gettysburg” (pages 381-388). Overall a nice 1860's Antique.
