Billie Kiernan's work does not seem easy to come by and her wonderful style is exceptional. I cannot tell the specifics regarding why one piece is titled in the lower margin and the other is not. The titled piece is "My Music Reaches To The Sky" featuring a ceremonial dancing flute player. The other represents a very bold character holding a spear in one raised hand and adorned with bangles on the other arm. Each piece of lower left signed art is 11" x 15" and framed to 14" x 18". They are professionally framed with strong attractive black metallic frames and well chosen matting. If I can ever discover the title for the 2nd piece I will update the listing.
