Additionally, tipped-in to the rear pastedown is a letter handwritten by Jones to the same Mr. Salley on Tower Hotel, Pwllheli. N. Wales stationery and dated 25. XI. 24. In it, he points out a mistake on page 113 of the text. Good condition. A firm instance. Not ex library. Spine tips bumped. Cloth darkened in spots. Mild foxing to top page edge; negligible stray spots to remaining page edges. Heavy toning to ffe, likely from transfer of some other paper laid in. Prelim page corner chipped. Pencil notations, presumably from the Mr. Salley addressed by Jones, to the ffe and approximately twenty pages of the text. A rare instance of any book signed by E. Alfred Jones, presented "with his compliments and warm regards."
