Description: Double Deck Congress playing cards with Cel-U-Tone Finish. These have images of early playing cards featuring antique artwork from the John Omwake Collection of the United States Playing Card Company on indefinite loan to the Cincinnati Art Museum. Both decks are SEALED. They are boxed in black velveteen with gold edging. Probably from between the mid 1960's and mid 1970's. Postage rates are rising. Depending on the size and the distance the package has to travel I usually use USPS or FedEx. I am always glad to combine shipping whenever possible.
