This is a solid brass buckle with a classic scroll and flourish design and darkened accents, made by Award Design Medals in the 1970s. The buckle is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some patina, and some minor wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-3/4", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 3.5 oz.
