Description: Carl Zeiss Jena Biotar 2/5.8cm red T, 8 blades, M40 mount The aperture works in order. Glasses are in good condition, no fungus but usual dust particles and regular cleaning traces and some light scratches on front glass due to age. The focus ring is stiffer but it turns all the way. Overall in good condition except for a deformation on the filter thread. My general infinity focus disclaimer for ALL manual lenses on digital cameras:Infinity focus on this lens works in order when used on analog native film camera. If you intend to use it on digital camera via adapter, it still should work in most cases, however there may be exceptions which depends strictly on the digital camera that you use and/or the adapter used to mount the lens.
