Description: Here is a beautiful collectible copy of Bogey Men by Robert Bloch, author of Psycho. This is a stated first printing as shown on the copyright page published by Pyramid Books in 1963. This copy is in wonderful condition especially considering its age of sixty-one years. Collectors of vintage paperbacks understand that mass paperbacks were published with the expectation that they would be read, maybe finished, and probably left on an airplane or commuter train or simply just tossed out. The appeal is that these editions have survived at all and ones in excellent condition and with an appealing subject matter such as this garner their attention. They also understand that they are often left in their protective sleeve and displayed on their shelves. Whenever they are removed they are handled with care as mass PBs weren’t always produced with the best paper. This copy was placed in its archival sleeve upon my purchasing it and hasn’t been out until this listing.
