The front and back are barely worn, and only the first page contains some fading after erasing previously written notes for the exam. As a side note, the course is very easy. However, it's nice to read the manual to understand the information they will be throwing at you. Also, this manual comes with the BLS Reference (small foldable diagrams) detailing the steps in performing CPR on different victims.
