Book has been fully collated and is complete with all illustrations and pages. Exterior of the book is overall clean with some minor rubbing to the upper and lower ends of the spine and outer corner edges of the boards. Back cover shows some minor, vague and superficial soils and the gold gilded and embossed title text to the spine face shows some minor loss at the first letter of the title. Interior of the book is overall clean with some light and mostly marginal soiling here and there throughout. First several pages show a bit more moderate soiling but it stays marginal on the illustration pages and does not interfere with the legibility of the text. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book retains its complete structural integrity. At the end of the book there is a brief publisher's catalog of other books available in 1912, at the gutter between two of these pages is a clothbacked bookbinder's tape reinforcement. Book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book has no odors. Book totals 304 pages followed by brief publisher's catalog. Book measures approximately 7 1/2 x 5 3/8 x 1 1/8 inches and weighs about 1 1/2 pounds.
