Damaged Item, Wrong Item IssuesIf you received a damaged or broken item, please email us immediately so that we can help you to get a new item at once. Lost / Damaged in transit items: Please allow 14 business days for carriers to process the claim. We will only reship when we have received confirmation of approval from carrier.
