Published by Grosset & Dunlap, New York. 1938 - by The Metropolitan Opera Guild, Inc. Overall, the book is in Good Condition. The jacket is only in Fair Condition. The jacket has heavy wear, creasing and chipping and tearing along the edges and corners. Some largers tears along the spine. There is a larger tear/chip just above the title on the front of the jacket. The boards have some wear with some scuffing along the edges. The corners are bumped. Internally, it is firmly bound with some light wear and browning to the pages. Each page is adorned with some beautiful illustrations Other dings here and there.
