1991 SCORE BO JACKSON-VERY RARE-POSSIBLE 1/1-PLEASE HELP IDENTIFY-UNLISTED CARD!

Description: This is an opportunity to own a genuine, rare version of the Bo Jackson card #5 from the Score 1991 set. I am asking for help in officially identifiying it. I have googled this piece from time to time for years and have found no reference to it anywhere. No dealer I have spoken to is aware of it either. Allow me to describe it and to tell the story behind it: I have shown the card alongside a regular Bo Jackson #5 card. They are very similar in appearance. There are three main differences. The size of this card is slightly smaller than the regular card. The photo and font match in size, but the border of the card itself was cut smaller than the standard card. The second difference is the thickness of the card. This card is as thick as two or three standard cards. It is made of a different card stock. Thirdly, the back is blank. Here is the story behind the card. As a teenager, I set up at card shows. I found it a great way to accumulate new cards and make a little money selling extras. I acquired this card from a pack pull at a card show at the Pennyrile Mall(now called Bradford Square) in Hopkinsville, Kentucky in 1991. On a break from my table, a couple of my friends and I went to the Walgreens store and bought several packs of the new Score 1991 that had recently come out. Three of us pulled different players of this same style. I believe one was a Nolan Ryan and I forget who the other one was that was pulled. I pulled the Bo Jackson from one of my packs. No dealer at the show had ever seen one and none had heard of one. In the three decades since, I have yet to see or hear of any more of these existing. I do not know if this was a card that was meant to be put in circulation or not. It did come from a pack that I opened. I do not know if this card and the other couple of players' cards that were pulled were part of a subset that never happened or what. If you know anything about this card, please let me know. I have emailed PSA about the card and am waiting for a response from them too. After 32 years of wondering, I figure it is about time to find out. I just opened an eBay store where I am going to be selling many of the cards I acquired over the years and many coins I collected as well. I have not listed much on it yet, but the eBay name for it is treasures_galore. I have years of experience packaging delicate items such as this. This will be packaged very, very well.
