Description: I have for sale the Maryland Medal that was struck for the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition that was held in San Francisco, California. This medal is listed in the So Called Dollar catalog as HK 407. The medal is bronze, it is 1 1/2 inch in diameter and encapsulated in an NGC holder and graded MS 62 by them. The medal was made by the Whitehead & Hoag company. The obverse at the rim reads MARYLAND AT PANAMA PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL EXPOSITION - 1915. In the center it shows the Maryland state seal. The reverse at the rim reads MARYLAND MY MARYLAND & STAR-SPANGLED BANNER. In the center it has two circles with male bust with their names.
