Description: This is a wonderful Story told (written)by Admiral Peary's daughter, Marie Ahnighito Peary and her Mother. It is in good condition but not excellent. There are mutiple pages that have 3/4" tears at the bottom. I don't see any foxing. The pages are consistently a very light beige. Paginated 119 pp. This is a library copy-green fabric on top of black fabric cover. Binding is intact. The corners have some wear. There are many authentic pictures of Marie, native Eskimos, animals, whales, and ships. I didn't see one of her parents though.ALL ITEMS are sold AS IS, and NO RETURNS.
